Challenge
Designing the full product experience for a life coaching platform meant translating something deeply personal finding the right coach into a digital journey that felt warm, trustworthy, and effortless. The challenge was balancing a human, emotional tone with a functional product that guided users from discovery through to meaningful coach connections.
Solution
Designed the end-to-end product experience from the coach matching flow and profile pages to the happiness test and blog creating a cohesive, warm interface that made users feel supported from their very first interaction. Every touchpoint was crafted to reduce friction, build trust, and make the process of finding a life coach feel as natural and personal as possible.
