Concept
The challenge was designing a single, cohesive flow that could handle multiple expense types overtime, meeting lunches, and reimbursements while simplifying a complex multi-level approval workflow into something employees could navigate without confusion or training.
Scope
Designed a unified expense management interface with a clear categorization system for different expense types, and simplified the approval workflow into a transparent, step-by-step process, reducing confusion and giving both employees and managers full visibility at every stage.
